John McKenzie
Director/Qualified Carpenter I have been in the building industry since I was a teenager and have been running Rag Reno’s Ltd for the last 10+ years. I am the person you initially meet when starting your project. I can help you with design, preliminary budgets through to having a fixed price and contract for your building project. I work in the background developing our company and improving our systems to make building an enjoyable experience for all. I have worked hard to build relationships with other trades and suppliers to ensure a smooth process for everyone. Client satisfaction is my number 1 priority. When I am not at work, I enjoy snowboarding, going to concerts, travel and spending time with friends and family. |

Director/Office Manager I take care of all the day-to-day logistics of running our team and sites. I help John with the sales and marketing side of our business, as well as making sure all our clients’ quotes are completed on time. From time to time, I visit the sites to catch up with the team. I enjoy seeing the progress of the projects and love it when we get great feedback from our clients. When I have time to myself you will find me reading, watching sport, travelling, and spending time with my friends and whānau. |

Project Manager/Qualified Carpenter Rag Reno’s has been my second family since I started in July 2013. I have enjoyed seeing the development of our skilled and qualified team over this time. As Project Manager you will mostly find me out on site meeting with clients, contractors and our team of builders. When I am not on site, I am back in the office scheduling and co-ordinating projects. Nowadays we also use advanced technology for scheduling jobs and tasks, which has made life easier and gives our clients regular updates of what is happening on site. When duty is not calling, I enjoy hunting, travelling, and spending time with friends. |

Foreman/Qualified Carpenter I have been part of the Rag Reno’s team since 2017, during which time I have been able to develop my building skills further. My position requires me to be on site full time. I take care of the building projects, including making sure they run smoothly and are completed on schedule. I enjoy helping co-ordinate all the materials and trades required for each job. Seeing a project coming to life from start to finish is one of the greater satisfactions of this job.
