We value transparent communication to keep you informed throughout your journey with us. You will have access to our project management software giving you real-time progress on site and any decisions that need to be made. We will also have a weekly onsite meeting to go over the work in progress.

People
We are a family owned and operated business. We bring our personal approach and family values to the build. We will personally guide and help you through the building process from design to completion.

Guarantee
Being a member of the master builders association of New Zealand means we can offer our clients a 10-year master builder guarantee as well as our own Rag Reno’s Guarantee.

Fixed Price Contract
We provide our clients with a fixed price quote. This means there will be no changes in price unless you change your mind. What we price is what you pay. ​

Safety
Site safety is our priority. We partner with Hazardco and use their systems to ensure our sites are run and operated in a safe manner. We are committed to looking after the safety of all those involved in the project including you as the owner.
